This site was sold in 2007 to the Indigenous Land Corporation and will soon be the new home for the Brisbane Indigenous Media Association Incorporated and radio stations 98.9FM and 4AAA.

The site for Southbank Campus Apartments, “The Montague” (formerly Coronation Hotel) and Shops at 44 Montague Road was acquired and negotiated by Paul Hey in 1998 on behalf of interests associated with Jeff Wicks and builder partner Gordon Clements.

This site was fully redeveloped in 1999/2000 into the successful mixed use project that exists today as the 93 apartments making up Southbank Campus Apartments, retail space at 44 Montague Road and the Refurbishment of the Montague building providing office space and “The Joynt – Café/Bar”.

“The Montague” is owned by Jeff Wicks and is the heart of the Montague Developments operation with the location of its offices.
